From beginner to national elite, we've got you covered with our comprehensive tennis resources and high level coaching staff.  We are here to help guide your athlete through the USTA circuits and achieve their goals whether that is simply making the high school team or striving to play collegiate tennis.

Player development - I want to play...

Junior Team Tennis

Entry Level Tournaments (Junior Circuit)

Players with this goal are currently enrolled in Smashers, Varsity Green, School Prep or Launch classes.  To compete at this level, players need to be active at least once a week in classes and one private lesson per week is strongly encouraged.

Entry Level Tournaments (Junior Circuit)

Players with this goal are currently enrolled in  School Prep or Launch Orange/Green classes.  To compete at this level, players need to be active 1-2 classes and one private lesson per week is strongly encouraged.

USTA Level 7

This athlete has graduated Tennis U and training in Launch Green or Launch Yellow (Pre-HP).  This player is starting to work on their USTA ranking and is focusing more on their training routine.  To compete in L7 events, players need to be attending classes 1-2 times per week with at least one private lesson per week.

USTA Level 6

USTA Missouri Valley L3-L5

Players that compete at USTA Level 6 tournaments have played Level 7's and have established a ranking.  To be competitive, this Launch Yellow (HP) player is expected to train 2 times per week in classes and a minimum of one private per week.  ECC typically sends a coach to all local Level 6 tournaments.

USTA Missouri Valley L3-L5

This player is serious about the sport and is strongly considering playing collegiate tennis.  L5-L4 are USTA Missouri Valley sanctioned along with a select few L3s.  These players are training in the High Performance class 3-4 days a week with at least one private lesson per week.  Typically players at this level have multiple private lessons per week.  Players at this level will travel throughout the section (Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, Iowa and Oklahoma).

USTA National L1-L3

USTA Missouri Valley L3-L5

USTA Missouri Valley L3-L5

These players are national level athletes and have goals in playing NCAA Division I tennis and possibly professional events.  These players are training 5+ days per week that include High Performance classes, practice matches, and 2+ private lessons per week. Athletes at this level also implements a strong fitness program with Coach Emily and is very conscience about their diet.   These players are traveling throughout the country competing in national level tournaments.
